The Role: Family Ministry Catalyst
We’re hiring a part-time leader to help us build and launch a ministry that reaches and disciples children (birth–13yrs) and equips their parents to lead them spiritually.
We know the space is small. The team is small. The budget is tight.
But the mission is massive. And we’re ready to build with someone who’s hungry to grow.

What You’ll Do
- Launch and lead our Sunday kids ministry
- Equip parents to disciple their kids at home
- Help produce simple digital discipleship content (posts, reels, etc.)
- Recruit, train, and disciple volunteers
- Participate in and eventually lead an Inspiration House (our version of house church)
- Collaborate with our Lead Pastor and Movement Catalyst Team
- Help us host small, meaningful outreach events for families
Who You Are (Or Could Be)
- A follower of Jesus with a heart for discipling children and families
- A self-starter who can build systems where there are none
- A leader (formal or informal) who brings relational and spiritual maturity
- Comfortable with social media and willing to learn new tools
- Excited about church planting and laying foundations—not just maintaining what exists
(Ministry experience is a plus, but not required. If you’ve led in other settings—classroom, nonprofit, small business, coaching—and feel called to this, we’re open to developing you.)

- Hours: 20–25/week
- Compensation: Paid hourly (rate based on experience & fit)
- Location: Longwood, FL (mostly in-person with light digital engagement)
- Start Date: ASAP (we’re praying for the right person—not rushing)
